I walked in at open(11am) and greeted the staff instead of them greeting me. I received attitudes from everyone working (manager included) when I asked if they could turn down the TV volume so I could enjoy my cell phone volume since they refused to change the channel from Larry King. I mean, rolling your eyes and disagreeing to make the person paying your bills comfortable while I wait 30 mins for my food, isn't in your job description. If I have to keep repeating myself because your TVs are echoing in an empty room, I think its appropriate to turn them down. I rarely come here because the disrespectful employees are consistently ruining my dining experiences here. I will not be returning to any franchises in San Diego ever again. Horrible staff+amazing food=No $ from me! Imagine how many people haven't complained/ written a review whom have came here and just won't speak up or return. Hire people who are appreciative they have a job to go to. There are milliona of other people who deserve it more than these three morning staff you have here. And it's Easter to top it off.
